Callivate provides AI operations employees (voice agents, messaging, booking, reporting) to business customers under an individual deployment agreement. Scope, pricing and SLAs are defined there.
Our systems operate under consent and compliance controls (consent ledger, DNC compliance, quiet hours, audit trails). You agree not to use Callivate for unlawful activity, or to place unlawful or deceptive calls/messages.
Business customers remain responsible for the accuracy of business data provided to the system and for compliance with industry-specific regulations in their sector.
