When you contact a business powered by Callivate Core, we process the interaction — call audio, messages, booking details — strictly on that business's behalf, to answer you, book appointments, and follow up. We do not sell your information.
For business customers, we store operational data (call records, transcripts, bookings, messages) to run the service and report on it. Data is encrypted in transit.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing khaza@callivate.ai.
